The representative of the Religious Authority Sheikh, Abdul Mahdi al-Karbalai, stated during Friday Prayer that the ISIL does not exclude any side from its attacks.
He added "No one to think that the ISIL terrorists will not target him because all are targeted and attacking them will be step by step and attacking villages near Erbil is an evidence."
