(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - God willing, the Islamic Republic of Iran will become as an endemic reference in science and technology in the next decades despite the economic pressure imposed by the West, the Supreme Leader said in his address to the elite students. The Supreme Leader pointed to the economic pressure on Iran as the measures of the adversaries to stop the breakthough Iran has made in science and technology and developing endemic economy and said that Iran has presented a successful model to the other Muslim nations in Asia. The Supreme Leader advised the elite students not to allow the momentum gained in the progress of science and technology to stop acknowledging that the adversaries have formed a strong front to thwart Iranian endeavors to emerge powerful in all fields, particularly in science and technology “Young elites, authorities and nation of Iran should notice that the main focus of the anti-Islamic Republic front has been to prevent Iran from emerging powerful.” The Supreme Leader called for analyzing all political, economic, regional and international developments based on a realistic view considering the fact that the main objective of the economic pressure on Iran aims to stop Iran from making progress. Ayatollah Khamenei said that making achievements in science and technology relying on domestic talents and developing an endemic economy would lead to the glory and dignity of the nation and governing system.
