2 million and 500 thousands of fasters will be invited to the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) in the “Razavi Ikram” (generosity) plan.According to the report issued by Astan Quds Razavi website, Mahmud Momtaz in a TV program of Khurasan Channel, congratulated the observation of New-moon, asserting: The blessing month of Ramadan is a divine feast that we hope dear fasters become ready at the month of Rajab and Sha’ban and start the month of feast of God perfectly and by using the opportunity of Qadr nights determine their spiritual fate worthily.He asserted: The main mission of the Deputy of Sacred Premises and Pilgrims’ Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi, considering the presence of the large number of pilgrims at the Razavi Holy Shrine in the different days specially during summer and the blessing month of Ramadan, is to restore order and peace in a build-up area of 1 million square meters, area of 250 thousands square meters, and 60 square meters porticoes, by applying 28 thousands of servants of Holy Astan of Imam Reza (A.S.), so that the respected pilgrims be able to do their pilgrimage and prayers.Momtaz continued: Comprehensive planning is done for presence of different groups of people at the Razavi Holy Shrine according the requirements of pilgrims, and as usual we attempt to promote the level of activities of Razavi sacred premises.The month of feast of God and Razavi blessed Khaan (tablecloths)Momtaz explained about the programs of the Deputy of Sacred Premises and Pilgrims’ Affairs in the blessing month of Ramadan, and said: Some significant events happen at the Razavi sacred premises that are especially important besides the other activities of sacred places.He declared: Besides the acceptance of pilgrims at the Guest House (Mehmansara) of Imam Reza (A.S.), we are honor to welcome 2 million and 500 thousands of dear fasters in the blessing month of Ramadan, that the reception of large number of fasters is completed during 8 minutes.Momtaz said: In this month, we are honor to welcome 12 thousands of people at the Hidayat courtyard, and also blessing packages are donated to the pilgrims at the congregational prayer queues of Razavi Holy Shrine in the time of Iftar during 5 minutes; so, they can take advantage of the blessing of congregational prayer and Iftar at the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) simultaneously. “Mehmansara of Hazrat (Imam Reza (A.S.) Guest House) is also open for reception of servants of Ikram Razavi plan and continues to work.Uninterrupted efforts of servantsThe Deputy of Sacred Premises and Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi mentioned that all services are represented to the pilgrims of Razavi Holy Shrine, so we attempt to take advantage of all opinions of the pilgrims and reminded: The preparation of these great and blessing Iftars have begun from two month ago and the first activity of the department of Razavi Sacred Premises in this regard was reviewing of executed plans in the past years according to the surveys which indicates the our strengths and weaknesses and helps us to prepare better plans for the current year.He also added: There are a lot of communication networks for communicating with the pilgrims, such as SMS service of 30007878 and distributing feedback forms among the fasters.Also, about 140 of monitoring reports are prepared daily by servants of Razavi Holy Shrine that indicates the proportion levels of represented services with the plans.Momtaz mentioned: The Public Relations Office of Astan Quds Razavi is also observing the activities of Razavi Sacred Premises, and the results of feedbacks bring great honors for the Razavi Holy Shrine and we hope Imam Reza (A.S.) has a favor look at the activities of his servants like the pilgrim.Daily preparation of 50 groups for distributing the invitation formsMomtaz stated that 50 groups of servants distribute the invitation forms of Razavi Ikram plan, asserting: We attempt that all people of holy city of Mashhad use this blessing tablecloth and in this regard we consider a wider areas for the method of distributing the invitation forms in the current year and besides the mosques in two turns in the time of Morning Prayer and Noon Prayer, Qur’an recitations assemblies and meetings, the invitation forms are distributed also in public places.I am engaged with his blessing KhaanMomtaz explained: Cleaning of 2 thousand and 500 kg rice and about 2 thousand to 2 thousand and 500 kg vegetables, about 3 thousand tablecloth decoration and arrange food items by the servants are some of the activities which are done daily during the blessing month of Ramadan in order to respect the pilgrims with the best way.He continued: An attractive event that is done in the current year is the special illumination of tablecloth of Razavi Ilram plan that prepares the Hidayat courtyard better than before for welcoming the pilgrims.The Deputy of Sacred Premises and Pilgrim’s Affairs explained: After reciting one part (Joz’) of Qur’an, resorting to the 8th Imam (A.S.) and holding the glorious congregational prayer with presence of the guests of Razavi Ikram plan, the dear fasters come over to the tablecloths.Playing Naqqareh in the blessing month of RamadanMomtaz declared: Playing Naqqareh at the Razavi Holy Shrine is performed during the year except the martyrdom anniversary of Imams (A.S.) 20 minutes before the sunset and sunrise, and in the birthday anniversary of Imams the Naqqareh starts playing separately because of the happiness of Islamic nations, but this routines is changed during the month of Ramadan and it starts playing 2 hours before the Morning Izan and Evening Izan for 30 minutes, and the end of Naqqareh playing indicates the end of fasters’ litany time./129
