A Pakistani Parliamentarian on Saturday said that the ongoing US psychological warfare against Iran has failed to destabilize the Islamic Republic.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Senator Mushahid Ullah Khan of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz said that Washington cannot tolerate Iran's progress and development following the victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

He added that the US has to quit the policy of coercion as it cannot dictate its policies to other nations by exerting pressures.

The PML-N leader noted that the US administration has not been able to gain anything through its aggressive policies, adding that it has lost war in Afghanistan and is about to leave the country empty handed.

The lawmaker was of the view that the American policy is dominated by Zionists who have influence on the American administration.

Washington, which is involved in human rights violation in different world countries, wants to materialize its conspiracies in order to rule the whole world.

“Anti-American sentiment is on the rise in the Muslim world,” said the MP.

The Senator said that US must realize that it has lost its respect in the world, urging Washington to change its aggressive policies.

He called on Washington to stop pursuing the policy of double standards against Iran.

Mushahid stressed that Iran is a great country and can play an influential role in the world as president of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
