Senior Shia cleric calls for logical solution for anti-Islam film

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Hujjat-ol-Islam Mohammad Hassan Akhtari, Secretary General of Ahlul Bayt (AS)World Assembly stressed a misrepresentation of Islam and prevention of growth of Islam as the main motivation for the enemies desecrating Islamic sanctities.He praised Islam as the perfect religion with perfect principles for humanity saying any disrespect towards the Prophet of Islam is in fact disrespect to every Muslim individual and a catastrophe for humanity.Secretary General of Ahlul Bayt (AS) World Assembly denounced the recent film against the high character of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) as an obscene measure by avenging enemies.“Since the time of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), Islam has been a target of hostile attacks whenever it has made a global improvement,” he said.This Iranian cleric also related on the motivation behind similar anti-Islam attacks saying,” Now the people across the world pursue ways to know more about Islam; therefor, the enemies are after ways to misrepresent Islam so that the people are discouraged with their pursuit.”According to Hojjat-ol-Islam Akhtari such anti-Islam measures to stop development of Islam will not end to this film since Islam is widely spreading across the world.The cleric hailed the rallies held by Muslims to denounce the anti-Islam film and noted,” We should not suppose these rallies sufficient because these moves will not end to this film” and demanded Muslims to think of a serious and logical solution for the issue.He demanded the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), Muslim governments and Muslim leaders for an emergency meeting to make decisions on the way to behave towards the US, Zionist regime and their allies.Hojjat-ol-Islam Akhtari also addressed Muslim businessmen and traders to take economic measures and boycott western countries.He also demanded the mission of the media to introduce the true identity of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Islamic teachings and said,” Once we take silence against these Islamophobic moves, enemies will increase their desecrations.”Secretary General of Ahlul Bayt (AS) World Assembly stressed Muslim countries to announce the issue as their present common issue demanding the Muslim communities to resist against this anti-Islam crime. /129
