Iraq: Al-Qaeda main financier arrested in Baaquba

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Iraqi Policemen on Saturday arrested the main financier of al-Qaeda in eastern Baaquba, a police source said.“Policemen waged a security operation in Diala, where they arrested the main financier of al-Qaeda group in accordance with Article VI Terrorism Law in eastern Baaquba,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.“The operation was launched in light of intelligence information,” he added.Baaquba, the capital of Diala, lies 57 km northeast of Baghdad./129
