(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj said in NAM summit: “we expressed our idea of a ‘world free of nuclear weapons’ to the world” and argued that all nations can help in accomplishing this goal.
He referred to self-determination right of countries and said: “extensive efforts have been made for stabilizing democracy in Mongolia, and we have institutionalized a proper practice of democracy in our country.”
Elbegdorj continued: “Mongolia is willing to cooperate with regional nations.” He also added that helping poor economies is a duty of all members.
“We asked for a temporary seat at UN and we need NAM members’ support in that regard”, he remarked.
Elbegdorj urged all governments to be committed to the principles of peace, so that the entire world could coexist peacefully.
