(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said on Saturday that the Non-Aligned Movement provisional secretarial will open in Tehran prior to permanent secretarial. Speaking to reporters, he said that establishment of provisional secretariat will lead to establish a permanent secretariat in due course.
The Islamic Republic of Iran will draw up a comprehensive Charter to broaden economic cooperation among NAM member states during three-year chairmanship, he said.
He said that the NAM member states have the capability to help resolve many global crises and challenges.
On the sidelines of the 16th NAM Summit, the Islamic Republic of Iran signed many memorandums of understanding (MoUs) on expansion of cooperation with NAM member states. /129
