(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A press release, a copy of which was made available to IRNA on Monday, said Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, the ruler of Al Quwain and also a member of Supreme Council of the United Arab Emirates, will attend the meeting.
Anwar Mohammed Gargash. minister of state for foreign affairs will accompany the Al Quwain ruler.
The two-day main summit of the NAM, a grouping of 120 countries, will be held in Tehran from August 30-31.
Founded in 1961, the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) now has 120 members, most of which are developing countries from Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Some observer countries and organizations are also included.
The movement, which represents nearly two-thirds of UN member countries, focuses on striving for interests of developing countries around the world.
At the Tehran summit, Iran will take over the presidency of NAM from Egypt for the next three years.
