(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Karbala's police media department announced today that two car bombs were seized in Hindiya area, 20 km east of the province.
The two car bombs were dismantled following an intelligence report that the two cars had entered the city.
They were found in a crowded area in the town and dismantled without any harm to the people.
Hindiya city witnessed a number of explosions, either by bombs or car bombs, where tens of casualties were reported.
Last Tuesday, Karbala city suffered the explosions of two car bombs in a supermarket, leading to the death of 5 and wounding 47.
Karbala lies 108 km south west of the capital, Baghdad.
