(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Hujjat-ol-Islam seyyed Hamed Alam-ol-Hoda, Deputy of the Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought in Iran hailed view point and method of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei's regarding necessity of respect towards Sunni sanctities as the most outstanding proximity move in Iran.
“There has not been even one remark by Ayatollah Khamenei that wages the differences between Shia and Sunni during the two decades of his leadership and this is a manifest of his following Imam Ali (AS)," he underliend.
The Islamic Scholar underscored that the enemies of Islam endeavor to hatch different machinations and plots, so Muslims should be more wary and try to keep their unity.
“Unity in Islamic world gives voice to Muslim nations and paves the way for them to get their rights back,” the Hujjat-ol-Islam Seyyed Alam-ol-Hoda mentioned.
Following the desecration of a the household of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) by a Kuwaiti Shia cleric, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei issued a fatwa banning any desecration of the Sunni sanctities and the household of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
