The Norwegian government in a letter to Iran’s Association for Defending Victims of Terrorism appreciated its sympathy following a terrorist incident in the country. According to a report by the association’s Public Relations Department, part of the letter reads: “Your sympathy in hard times is appreciated. It is a matter of relief for us to know that you are thinking about us in hard times.” After the terror incident in Utoya Island, northwest of Oslo, the association condoled in a letter the Norwegian officials and its nation on the sorrowful event. The terrorist act happened on July 22 leaving 92 people killed./129
