(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Grand Ayatollah Jafar Subhani has underscored the role of mosques in educating youths and decreasing the number of crimes in the society.“By educating people, we can eschew from violence and decrease the number of crimes in the society” Ayatollah Jafar Sobhani, a senior jurisprudent said.“In our country many crimes happened, so we should eschew from such condition and by educating our youths decrease the number of crimes in our society,” the ayatollah said. “To accomplish this goal, the leaders of prayers in mosques have a serious duty,” the cleric said, adding that "The Islamic scholars should devote themselves to Mosques, if they want to be effective and impressive.” The senior cleric went on,” people’s life style without mosques is not acceptable,” said the senior cleric, stressing on the importance of the mosques as a training center for the youth. “We should not empty mosques and the prayer leaders should make a change with their presence in mosques,” the cleric concluded./129
