(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A large number of people belonging to different walks of life, including women and children, participated in the rallies in the port city of Karachi and Lahore, the capital of Punjab province.
The demonstrators were carrying banners and placards inscribed with different slogans against America and Israel.
In Karachi, the rally terminated outside the Press Club after passing through several main markets.
The ISO chairman Baradar Kameel, Secretary General for Sindh province, Maulan Mukhtar Imami, former ISO President, Hasan Zaidi and Maulana Munawar Naqvi addressed the rally.
The speakers condemned the US and Israeli policies towards Muslims and said that peace disrupted due to their hegemonic policies. They said the US and Zionists are involved in the killings of Muslims in several countries. They also condemned foreign intervention in some Arab and North African countries and said the interference is aimed at destabilizing Muslim nations.
In Lahore, the procession started from the Lahore Press Club and culminated peacefully in front of the Punjab Assembly.
Addressing the participants, ISO Lahore Division President Ali Fayaz and others also condemned the killing of innocent Muslims in Bahrain.
