Good news for all of you waiting to hear about The Ahlul Bayt Islamic Center Project...
The Ahlul Bayt Society of Columbus just purchased the property which is going to be the new site of the Ahlul Bayt Islamic Center. This will be the first Islamic Center in Columbus, Ohio that will be dedicated to the Shia Jafari (Ithna Asheri) school of thought within Islam. The center will be open to all Muslims and Non-Muslims who are interested in learning about or practicing Islam.

"The Ahlul Bayt Society of Columbus is pleased to announce that by the grace of Allah, today, Thursday, January 13, 2011- Safar 08, 1432, we have closed on the property at 2580 W. Dublin-Granville Rd - now the site of Ahlul Bayt Islamic Center!
With the help of our generous donors like you, mash Allah; we were able to purchase the Property for the Ahlul Bayt Islamic Center without taking out any loans.
The Ahlul Bayt Society extends our great thanks to all donors. We will issue a further Announcement once the center formally opens.
