Ahlul Bayt News Agency, BASRA -- Iraq: Police forces arrested on Monday 15 wanted men and defused an explosive charge in separate areas in Basra, a police source said.
“Policemen waged 13 security raids in separate areas of Basra, where they arrested 15 wanted persons,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“They defused a bomb planted near the Syrian restaurant in central Basra,” he added.
Basra is 590 km south of Baghdad.
