Ahlul Bayt News Agency, Minister of Agriculture Hussein Hajj Hassan told As-Safir newspaper that Hizbullah is rapidly following-up the false witnesses file, and considered, "Bringing it up in the ministerial council was not for political or media exposal, it was rather for uncovering the facts related to it."
"We will seriously follow-up until the end," he added.
In the same context, Hajj Hassan assured, "Hizbullah will not permit spoiling the file that was turned over to the Minister of Justice."
Hajj Hassan stated, "We want clear answers to the questions we proposed, and based on the answers, we will specify the next step."
Minister of Agriculture responded to some opposing sides' statements claiming that there are no false witnesses, by saying, "This indicates the presence of disguise and irresponsible practice." In addition, he wondered about the reason behind imprisoning the four officers and accusing Syria throughout the past five years if there were not false testimonies, emphasizing the existence of constant facts in this case.
