The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, on Monday congratulated Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei on his election as the new Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
In a message, the Armenian prime minister wished the Iranian nation and the new Leader success and sustainable peace.
Pashinyan expressed confidence that strong bilateral relations between Iran and Armenia will continue with new achievements.
Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei was elected to succeed his late father Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, who was assassinated in a US-Israeli terrorist airstrike on his office on February 28—the first day of their military aggression against Iran.
