Sources informed Rasid that Criminal Intelligence Administration arrested Jaber Ali Al-Ubaid (22 years) from Rumaila village for taking part in religious activities.
The young man was arrested when he responded to a summons fro taking part in the festival to celebrate the birth of Imam Al-Hassan on September.
