Criminal Israeli official compares Palestinian student protesters to terrorists

Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO of the ADL, compared Palestinian student protesters to Al-Qaeda and Daesh, calling them “terrorists” during a Republican conference.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), sparked controversy by comparing Palestinian student protesters to members of Al-Qaeda and Daesh, labeling them as “terrorists”.

According to audio obtained by The Forward, Greenblatt made multiple comparisons between campus protesters and terrorists during a panel discussion at the Republican Attorneys General annual summer conference on Friday.

“You have people hiding their faces behind scarves and keffiyehs like they’re in ISIS, storming libraries, vandalizing buildings, and literally terrorizing their classmates,” he claimed.

At another point, Greenblatt urged state officials to support laws banning masks at protests, arguing that “the founding fathers didn’t want Al-Qaeda running rampant on our streets.”

The ADL, a Zionist lobbying group based in the United States, operates under the guise of combating anti-Jewish hatred, with an annual budget of around $100 million and close ties to other Zionist organizations in Western countries.

The group is known for lobbying in favor of Israeli policies, including expansion into occupied al-Quds and the West Bank, opposing the return of Palestinian refugees, and supporting US military intervention in West Asia.

The ADL’s activities often target critics of Zionism and the Israeli regime, frequently equating criticism with Nazism and terrorism.

In many cases, the organization uses its funds and influence to conduct smear campaigns and legal actions.

Greenblatt also linked protests against Israel to the same “nihilists” involved in Black Lives Matter, a movement advocating for racial justice and an end to systemic racism and police brutality.
