AhlulBayt News Agency - The predominantly Shia Georgian city of Marneuli has witnessed an opening ceremony of the new Mosque and Clinic of Imam Hussein, under the auspices of the office of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Sistani.
The ceremony was attended by Ayatollah Sistani's General Representative, Sayyid Jawad al-Shahrestani, Deputy PM of Georgia, ambassadors from Iran and Azerbaijan as well as a number of Georgian MPs.
The new 350-square-meter Mosque consists of three floors, and the clinic, measuring an area of 200 square meters, is equipped with modern medical equipment.
