AhlulBayt News Agency - The Syrian Arab Army’s “Tiger Forces – backed by the National Defense Forces (NDF), Desert Hawks Brigade, and 525th Regiment of the 18th Tank Division – liberated 4 points on Friday afternoon that were located at the northern perimeter of the Al-Sha’ar Gas Fields.
The liberation of these points by the Syrian Armed Forces came just 12 hours after ISIS captured Well 102 inside the Al-Sha’ar Gas Fields.
With these 4 points captured, the Syrian Armed Forces have now reentered Jabal Al-Al-Sha’ar; this is the large mountaintop that the gas fields are located at.
More reinforcements from the Tiger Forces are expected to be redeployed from the Palmyra front to Jabal Al-Sha’ar in order to help expel the ISIS terrorists that are in full control of the gas fields.
