AhlulBayt News Agency - The third group of Golden Eagle’s tourists from European and American countries arrived in Mashhad and visited Razavi Holy Shrine’s sacred premises.
Upon their arrival, these tourists who were mostly from Stanford University were welcomed at the Ghadir portico of the Razavi Holy Shrine and met with religious experts.
In continuation of their Razavi Shrine’s tour, these 43 tourists from USA, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Australia visited Astan Quds Razavi’s Central, Carpet, and Qur’an and Exquisites Museums.
Showing informative video of the Razavi Shrine, introducing sacred premises and offering cultural products were some of the programs offered by the management of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi.
On the sideline of this visitation, one of the American tourists introduced the historical and architectural attractions of the Razavi Holy Shrine as unique and said, “This holy place is a real representation of a bond between art and religion and very rare aspects of art of Iranian artists and architects can be found here”.
Yorgen Callman added, “Visiting Iran was a very good opportunity for me to become more familiar with not only this country’s culture and religion but also its tourism and historical attractions”.
Expressing her hope for her presence in Iran, a Hungarian lady also praised Iranian people’s hospitality and kindness and said, “Unfortunately, western media and countries offer a wrong view about Iran which is different from reality”. “Traveling to Iran not only neutralized this propagation but also persuaded tourists to visit this civilized and ancient country once more”, Sanders continued.
It is worth mentioning that the second train of Golden Eagle brought European, American, and East Asian tourists to Mashhad last year and its passengers visited cultural, historical, and religious attraction of Mashhad, Iran’s spiritual capital.
The group of American and European countries finished their travel in Tehran on April 11, 2016.
