The Russian Air Force is working overtime in the southern Aleppo countryside, striking several targets belonging to Syrian Al-Qaeda factions “Jabhat Al-Nusra” and “Jund Al-Aqsa” near the strategic village of Tal Al-‘Eiss. According to a military source from the Syrian Arab Air Force (SAAF), the Russian Air Force has carried out over 15 airstrikes so far tonight.
In Homs the army’s air force destroyed ISIS terrorists’ dens, vehicles and supply routes on al-Sukhneh-Palmyra road in the central province of Homs, according to a military source.
ISIS terrorists were targeted in army airstrikes that hits their gatherings in the villages of Hossess and Jbab Hamad to the east of Homs city.
The air force carried out sorties against ISIS terrorists to the east of al-Qaryatain city and in the vicinity of al-Barideh village, south east of Homs, destroying their dens and vehicles.
In Hama the army’s air force carried out a series of airstrikes on positions and fortifications for ISIS terrorists in Abu Hbeilat village and Wadi al-Ozeib area, 110 km east of Hama city.
The source confirmed that a number of the sites hit were destroyed, along with vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns, while many ISIS terrorists were killed and injured.
In Daraa an army unit foiled a Jabhat al-Nusra attack on a military post in al-Manshiyeh neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city.
The source explained that the army unit clashed with a Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist group that infiltrated the surroundings of the military post, located in the southern part of al-Manshiyeh neighborhood.
The source pointed out that all the group’s members were killed and their weapons were destroyed during the clashes.
In Deir Ezzor the army’s air force targeted gatherings and dens for ISIS terrorists in al-Mrei’iyeh village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor province.
The airstrikes resulted in the death of a number of ISIS terrorists and the destruction of their positions and vehicles, some of them equipped with machineguns.
Meanwhile, an army unit destroyed four vehicles for ISIS with all terrorists onboard while they were moving from al-Huseineya to al-Baghlieya village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, field sources reported later in the day.
Deir Ezzor air base defenders, supported by the Syrian air force, inflicted heavy losses upon ISIS terrorist organization in personnel and destroyed 17-bombed vehicles in the vicinity of the air base during the last two days.
In Sweida A military source reported that an army unit targeted with intensive strikes 2 ISIS vehicles while they were moving in the area surrounding Tal Ashihib in the northeastern countryside of Sweida province, destroying them completely.
