Ahlul Bayt News Agency - Israeli forces arrested on Monday morning two key leaders of the Islamic Movement in the 1948 Occupied Palestine.
Palestinian sources in Jaffa city revealed that Israeli police and intelligence forces arrested Sheikh Mohammad Ayish, official of the Islamic Movement in Jaffa city.
In the same context, Israeli forces rounded up the head of the Islamic Committee in Jaffa city, Mohammad Ashqar who is known as Abu Ghazi, right from his workplace in Tel Aviv.
Abu Ghazi was arrested for the charge of incitement, riot making and attacking Israeli policemen. He was taken to a police station for investigation.
Eyewitnesses pointed out that Israeli policemen along with intelligence forces were deployed in large numbers in Jaffa city and stormed houses of some of the key figures in the city before the arrest of both leaders.
