Psychiatric centre affiliated with Imam Hussain shrine under construction

AhlulBayt News Agency: The Engineering Projects Department at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine revealed the details of the al-Wareth Hospital for Psychiatric Treatment, which specialises in treating addiction in Karbala.
 
According to Hussain Redha Madhi, who heads the department, the final designs for the Psychiatric Treatment Hospital have been established, and our staff will commence work towards the end of this year. The hospital has three departments, including counselling clinics, and two separate sections for men and women. In addition to green spaces, a swimming pool, a theatre, and training rehabilitation sessions."
 
He added, "The total land area of the hospital is about 86,954 m2, and the building area is 76,000 m2. The hospital capacity is divided between men and women, and the total capacity has 520 beds."
