AhlulBayt News Agency: The Israeli police arrested one of the guards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Saturday evening.
Local sources reported that the Al-Aqsa Mosque guard, Hamza Khalaf, was arrested from his workplace near the Bab al-Silsila gate of Al-Aqsa.
Israeli police persist in arresting the guards of the holy site and summon them for investigation, in addition to imposing restrictions on them.
According to Europeans for Al-Quds, Israel has launched 240 raids on several towns and neighborhoods in al-Quds in August 2022, arresting 172 Palestinian civilians, including 17 children and five women, in addition to interrogating 14 civilians and holding 12 others in home confinement.
