AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): In a message, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt
(a.s.) World Assembly expressed his condolences on the demise of Ayatollah Gholamreza Salavati.
The message of Ayatollah Reza Ramazani is as follows:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Imam Ali (a.s.) said, “Whenever an Alem (Islamic Scholar) passes away, there is an irreparable breach in Islam that nothing will cover it until the Day of Judgment.”
With great sadness, we learned about the demise of Ayatollah Gholamreza Salavati.
This wise faqih spent his blessed life teaching and educating clerics and scholars, focusing on ethics, asceticism, and spirituality. He diligently worked to help God’s religion, publish Islamic knowledge, and accompany Imam Khomeini (r.a.) and the Supreme Leader of the Revolution.
I offer my condolences on the demise of the blessed deceased to the seminaries, sources of emulation, all his students, clerics, and especially his respected family, and I ask the Almighty God for patience and reward for all, and elevation of ranks, and reunion with his masters for the soul of that pious ascetic.
