(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Extremist Israeli settlers on Friday set fire to orchards planted with olive trees near the village of Burin, to the south of Nablus city in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settlement activities in the area, said that settlers from illegal Yitzhar settlement, nearby, broke into the area before setting fire to olive trees belonging to Palestinian villagers.
In recent years, settlers from Yitzhar carried out similar attacks on nearby Palestinian villages and orchards.
