(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - On 3 September 2013 , the security forces arrested the Shiite citizen Hassan Ja'far Hassan al-Motlaq, from Rab'a district in Qatif city.
Al-Motlaq was figured on a list issued by the Interior Ministry early last year in which accused of 23 Shiite citizens of Qatif that they are responsible for attacks on security forces.
Some sources said that al-Motlaq handed himself over to security services thinking that it will be taken into account when looking into his case.
