(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Mauritanian delegation, which visited Syria to examine the field conditions thoroughly, met senior Syrian officials and stressed the Mauritanian solidarity with the Syrian people during the current crisis.
The Mauritanian side agreed with Syrian officials during the meetings that the international conspiracy against Syria aims at fragmenting in the entire region, stirring chaos across the Arab world and weakening the Syrian national stance that backs the Arab resistance against the Zionist project.
There was further a common stress on the significance of encountering the takfiri groups that distort real image of Islam through their terrorism.
