Belgian Officials Exchange Accusations over Belgians Fighting in Syria

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Belgian officials are exchanging accusations over the phenomena of young Belgians going to fight alongside the armed terrorist groupsin Syria.Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders criticized the refusal of Belgian Interior and Justice Ministries to provide him with information about the youth who went to or preparing themselves to go to Syria.Italian news agency AKI said that Reynders expressed his hope to obtain the needed information, saying "The refusal of Ministry of Interior and State Security Administration to provide us with information is affecting our diplomatic work and following the movement of those youth abroad."Reynders expressed his conviction that the exchange of information at the level of the EU and NATO will help in keeping track of these youth "who pose a real terrorist threat to our countries if they return."/129
