(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - In a meeting with Iran’s charge d’ affaires in Malaysia, Mohammad-Reza Shamsabadi, Mahathir Mohammad highlighted significance of Iran-Malaysia relations, and said that they should be prompted.
Shamsabadi for his part thanked Mahathir Mohammed for his principled and effective stance toward different Muslim world issues, especially his categorical and constant support for the oppressed people of Palestine.
Iranian charge d' affaires said that Iranian Embassy is doing its best to explore grounds available for promotion of bilateral relations.
He added that the 16th NAM summit in Tehran would be a good chance for participants to exchange views.
