(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Public safety coordinator Majid Teibi said the driver transporting the chicks did not have a certificate from the source, permission from the PA Ministry of Agriculture or a tax clearance certificate.
Teibi said chicks could not be imported from Israel except in exceptional cases which required coordination and permission from the agriculture ministry.
