AhlulBayt News Agency: Grand Ayatollah Abdullah Javadi Amoli has stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran's system is a divine trust that is currently in our hands, and we hope that it will remain safe until the appearance of Imam Al-Mahdi (A.S) and that we can deliver this system to its rightful owner.
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli stated on Tuesday in his jurisprudence course that "the Islamic Republic of Iran's system is a divine trust in our hands," expressing the hope that "we can deliver this trust currently in our hands to its rightful owner."
We hope this system remains safe until the appearance of Imam al-Mahdi (A.S)
The senior cleric added, "The Twelfth Imam is in occultation, not because He does not exist or is in the skies or in another world, but rather, we do not see Him. However, He is present and observing all our actions. Therefore, we should not do anything that makes Him worried or that we are not included in His prayers. We hope this system remains safe until the appearance of His Holiness."
This religious authority, while stating that the system's mission is to eradicate ignorance, clarified, "The task of the clergy and universities is to eradicate ignorance, and the task of mosques and religious gatherings is to eradicate ignorance. The main task of the system of Imamate is to educate scholars and purify the moral fabric of society, and its mission is to eradicate ignorance."
Ayatollah Javadi Amoli further noted, "In the social or moral system, if someone has committed a transgression, we say do not mention names and do not slander, but Grand Ayatollah Akhund Khorasani issued a fatwa that anyone who has committed corruption or embezzlement, the government has a duty to expose them and they should be disgraced. These fatwas require courage, and not everyone can issue such fatwas."
The US and Israel should know that we are the offspring of Imam Ali and Hussein (A.S)
Ayatollah Javadi Amoli further stated, "They have told us that we are descendants, which is not a low position. So, if the Islamic Republic of Iran is the offspring of Prophet Ibrahim, if it is the offspring of Ali, Hussein, and their pure descendants (A.S), our security is assured, and we ourselves can provide this country's security. The men and women of Iran, great men and women, ensure this security to the best of their abilities, despite the ignorance of America and Israel."
