AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Ayatollah Mohammad Hassan Akhtari, the head of the Committee for the Support of the Islamic Revolution of the Palestinian People affiliated with the Presidential Office, referring to the ceasefire in Gaza and the prisoner exchange, stated, “After the successful Al-Aqsa Storm operation, the crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza were very bitter and tragic. However, thanks to Almighty God and the steadfastness and resilience of the Palestinian people, especially in Gaza, as well as the perseverance of Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, and various fronts, including Yemeni Ansarullah and Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, the enemy’s plans were foiled.”
Considering the support of jihadist groups for Gaza as effective, he said, “In this regard, the support of the Islamic Republic of Iran was very decisive and made to the blood of the martyrs victorious over the sword of oppression.”
The head of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, while congratulating the remarkable and honorable victory of the people of Gaza, said, “This victory demonstrated that despite the U.S. and the West providing destructive equipment to the occupying regime, they failed to achieve any of their objectives.”
“Although this victory is very significant, the Zionist regime and its supporters are trying to cover up this disgraceful defeat. At the same time, some individuals within the regime have admitted to their major failure,” Akhtari added.
The Chairman of the Ashura International Foundation, referring to the statement of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution that “bombing and killing people is not a sign of power and success,” continued, “Despite all its crimes, Israel failed to achieve any of its goals, including the release of prisoners, the displacement of the people of Gaza, and the destruction of Hamas.”
In conclusion, emphasizing the importance of the Palestinian issue, Ayatollah Akhtari said: “We thank God that all the plans of the Zionist regime were foiled. The end and demise of Israel are near.”
