AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Top Iranian cleric rebuked the move by two Arab states for normalization of ties with Israel as clear betrayal of Palestine issue and called on the liberal people across the globe to defend the oppressed Palestinian nation with a morale of unity and fraternity.
Iranian scholar made the comments in a video conference with Sheikh Mahir Hamoud, head of the world union of resistance scholars as he urged Muslim rulers and governments to unite against Zionist plots.
"Zionists have struggled to create new challenges in the world of Islam among them desecration of holy Qur'an and sacrilege of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in France and Sweden" he said and added that enemies meant to distract the Muslim nations from normalization.
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought urged Muslim nations to stand vigilant and foil enemies' plots.
Top Iranian cleric also referred to the recent Zionist plot which aimed to divide Shia and Sunni Muslims in Pakistan and called that another effort by enemies to distract minds from normalization of ties and settlement expansion.
