This came in a popular meeting held Saturday evening by Hamas Movement in Rafah area in honor of the Algerian delegation that arrived in Gaza as part of Lifeline aid convoy.
Maqri also stated in his speech that the ongoing Arab and Muslim support for Gaza stems from its people's admirable steadfastness and fortitude against Israel's aggression and blockade.
He also stated that the failure of many participants in Freedom Flotilla convoy from reaching Gaza and what happened to them during the Israeli deadly attack on their ships made them more insistent on partaking in Lifeline campaign in order to be in Gaza.
Following the meeting, the Algerian delegation took a field trip in Rafah area to meet with its citizens and see closely their living conditions and the impacts of the Israeli blockade and last war on them.
