Amnesty International says the United States must be held accountable for its massacre of Iranian schoolgirls in the southern city of Minab.
In a statement, Amnesty International said the US has not taken all possible precautions to avoid civilian harm and has violated international humanitarian laws.
Those who are responsible for planning and executing the illegal US attack on a school in Minab must be held accountable, it said, calling for a swift and transparent investigation into the matter.
On the first day of the US-Israeli war of aggression against Iran on February 28, the Shajareh Tayyebeh all girls’ elementary school in the southern Iranian city of Minab was targeted in a US missile strike, killing at least 175 people, including 168 schoolgirls.
