AhlulBayt News Agency: In response to the recent military aggression by the Zionist regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hujjat al-Islam Syed Shafqat Hussain Shirazi, Foreign Affairs Officer of the Pakistan Muslim Unity Council, issued a strong statement condemning the attack as a clear violation of international law and a dangerous threat to regional and global stability.
Calling the assault an example of the Zionist regime’s war-mongering nature and its disregard for international norms, Shirazi emphasized that such actions represent a serious escalation in the region and demand an unequivocal response from the international community.
“The Israeli regime, whose hands are stained with the blood of the oppressed in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and elsewhere, has now extended its crimes to Iranian territory,” Shirazi said. “This regime has become a threat not only to the region but to global peace and security.”
He further condemned the role of the United States in backing Israeli military actions, stating that Washington's complicity exposes the true face of its "arrogant and inhuman" foreign policy.
“There is no doubt that the United States is a key enabler of these Zionist crimes. This partnership highlights the imperialist agenda that continues to fuel instability across the Islamic world,” he stated.
Hujjat al-Islam Shirazi affirmed the full support of the Pakistan Muslim Unity Council for the Islamic Republic of Iran's legitimate right to self-defense, calling it both a "legal and natural right."
“The Iranian leadership and nation are not alone. They enjoy the unwavering support of the people of Pakistan and all those aligned with the Islamic resistance,” he stressed.
He concluded by calling on Muslim governments and nations to take a unified and firm stance against Zionist aggression.
“The time has come for a clear, collective response. Muslim countries must extend diplomatic, moral, and—if necessary—military support to Iran in defense of its sovereignty and the dignity of the Islamic Ummah.”
