AhlulBayt News Agency - In a meeting with IRGC general commanders on Thursday night, custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said, “Today, world Muslims have regain their Islamic identity and want to live as Muslims, thanks to the existence of the Islamic Republic.”
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi introduced Iranian nation's awakening as the continuation of Ashura movement. Raeisi also said, “Current awakening of the Islamic world originates from the blood of Islamic Revolution's martyrs.” In this meeting, generr order. The same kind of movement can be seen in Iraq and Yemen which are all in line with the Islamic Republics' strategy.”
Miracle in the Islamic World
Saying that the incidents of the recent years in Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, etc are like miracles, Raeisi said, “Today, all Muslims have found their Islamic identity.” He also said, “World's arrogant powers may be able to change a regime but it can never demolish the Islamic identity and nations' awakening and this issue has made the arrogant angry. What we studied in history and what has been promised about the victories is clearly seen now.”
Saying that people of Yemen are resisting with lowest amount of military equipment, custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said, “They, relying on Allah and their own will, have been resisting and fighting for over a year and have defeated Saudis and debilitated their army.” Raeisi also said, “Some commentators may search for people like "Haj Ghasem Soleiman" but the reality is that nations have been awakened and they have been equipped with a valuable and constant power in the Islamic movement.”
God's Promise has been Fulfilled
He stressed, “God has provided, from a source we do not know, the Islamic republic with his great blessings for the sake of martyrs' sacrifices. God's promises will be fulfilled and it can be said that they have all been fulfilled as God's support has been seen in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, and Iran several times.” He also said, “We have to be vigilant about ourselves in order not to become the example of the tradition: “Their unity on their false idea and your disunity on your right idea. Unity and strategic solidarity must be considered as the main key for the success. Sometimes we forgot and it makes some problems for us.”
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi added, “ideas of some people about the the Islamic Republic, such as those of Seyyed Hasan Nasrallah, make us ashamed of ourselves. They are thankful of the Islamic Republic, Leadership, and this glory, but some Iranians, when making ideas and comments, do not appreciate these achievements. This kind of ingratitude will end in God's retribution.”
Saying that the duty of the IRGC commanders is very curtail, he said, “When other members of the assembly of experts and I met the Supreme Leader earlier today, he elaborated on some of the most important and strategic points for us. He talked about some issues such as fight against corruption, implementing social justice, enjoying right conducts and forbidding the evils, and demands of assembly of experts from the government, parliament, and the judiciary system which must be paid attention to.”
Facilitating the Pilgrimage, Astan Quds Razavi's Main Mission
Referring to Astan Quds Razavi's will for facilitating pilgrimage, supporting the poor, and paying special attention to pilgrims, he said, “Helping all Iranians aiming to go on pilgrimage of Imam Reza (A.S.) is one of the missions of the organization. As paying attention to the poor was the conduct of all the purified Imams (A.S.), the Supreme Leader has given this mission to us. We are seeking for a new way of attention to the poor people in which IRGC and Basij can help us a lot.”
Member of the supreme council of Khorasan's seminary added, “Since we are living in vicinity of the eighth Imam (A.S), holy city of Mashhad has the capability of becoming the scientific source. We have many prominent figures in the seminary of Khorasan who are very effective and help of the IRGC is also needed in this area.”
Maintaining the Islamic government is more important than anything else
Referring to two-day gathering of IRGC commanders with the topic of reviving enjoying to good deeds and forbidding the evils, Astan Quds Razavi' custodian said, “According to the 41st verse of the Hajj Surah, saying prayers, paying tithe of wealth, striving to wide spread the goods and forbid the evils are four main concepts on which the Islamic state should be built.”
“Pahlavi regime was full of evils and this issue was understood by Imam Khomeini (A.S.), the Supreme Leader and other grand figures of the revolution, so they formed a great movement toward this regime, established a rightful political system and nurtured some humans based on the Qur'anic teachings, under the shadow of this new system. All the people and officials tried, after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, to keep the Islamic system. As Imam Khomeini (R.A.) once said, "Maintaining the Islamic government is more important than anything else"”, he added.
He said, “All the authority of the political system originates from a state which has been established under the name of Qur'an and Islam and if this thing is taken we will have nothing. What we see in this government's future is what is seen in different parts of the world. In fact, this government has cleared the world from ignorance and this act is indebted to the sacrifices of your companions.”
At the beginning of this meeting, general commander Ja'afari offered a report of the IRGC's main activities and in the continuation of the same ceremony general commander Ghasem Soleimani outlined the region's situation and talked about the strategic position of the Islamic Republic in the incidents of the region.”
