Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, Army advance in Kirkuk Governorate

The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in Iraq kicked off a new military operation in the Western part of Bashir village in the Kirkuk Governorate, capturing several sites from the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS).

AhlulBayt News Agency - The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in Iraq kicked off a new military operation in the Western part of Bashir village in the Kirkuk Governorate, capturing several sites from the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS).

The PMF – backed by the artillery units of the Iraqi Armed Forces – were able to advance to the southwestern part of Bashir village after a violent battle with the ISIS terrorists on Saturday evening.
