According to the document, 14 al-Qaeda militants were eliminated in the southeastern province of Paktika, while 19 Daesh terrorists were killed in the eastern province of Nangarhar.
The anti-terrorist operations have claimed the lives of six Afghan soldiers, the Defense Ministry added.
Afghanistan is experiencing political, social and security instability, as the Taliban movement and other radical extremist organizations such as the IS continue to stage attacks against civilian and state targets.
