AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Despite the ongoing lockdown on the holy city and its people, dozens of Jewish settlers on Sunday morning desecrated the Aqsa Mosque under police protection.
According to local sources, the settlers entered the Aqsa Mosque and toured its courtyards in groups.
Some of them reportedly performed Jewish prayers during the tours at the Islamic holy site.
Meanwhile, the Shin Bet intelligence service kidnaped head of the Silwan Club Marwan al-Ghoul from his home in the Jerusalem district of Silwan.
Police forces also stormed and ransacked the headquarters of the Silwan Club.
