The ceremony of the rain prayer (Salat al-Istisqa) was led by Ayatollah Mahdi Zamani-Fard, a member of the Supreme Council of the Seminary of Khorasan, on Thursday, November 27, 2025. The prayer was performed in the Payambar Azam (PBUH) courtyard of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (a.s.) in Mashhad.
