According to AhlulBayt News Agency – ABNA – The Shia residents of the village of Khawal Siahgak in Balkhab District, Sar-e Pol Province, Afghanistan, marked the arrival of Muharram by raising black flags throughout the village. They also distributed tea and sherbet to both locals and travelers passing through.
