A School of Thought That Has Martyrdom Knows No Fear, Submission, or Retreat: Cleric

Hojat al-Islam Mandegari stated, “God says in verse 170 of Surah Al-Imran that martyrdom is a glad tiding of not fearing. And these people are waiting to engage with the filthy and impure American-Zionist soldiers.”

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Hojat al-Islam Mohammad Mehdi Mandegari, in a gathering at the shrine of Lady Masoumah (a.s.), stated, “One side of the coin of martyrdom is heart-wrenching, and more than a month has passed since the martyrdom of our dear Leader.”

Referring to the glad tidings that the Quran has given us regarding martyrdom, he stated, “With these glad tidings, we must calm our hearts so that we may participate in this third sacred defense with greater motivation and endurance.”

The speaker at the devotional gathering at the shrine of Lady Masoumah (a.s.), stating that a school of thought which has martyrdom knows no fear, submission, or retreat, said, “The Noble Quran has stated twice that martyrdom, although it is a loss and a grief, has eternal life.”

Referring to the fact that today, various segments of the people, with all their different tastes, have come to the arena, and this is due to the grace of the martyrs, he noted, “God says in verse 170 of Surah Al-Imran that martyrdom is a glad tiding of not fearing.”

Mandegari, stating that these people are waiting to engage with the filthy and impure American-Zionist soldiers, said, “In verse 175 of Surah Al-Imran, we read that the enemies want to frighten you, but do not fear them, and fear only God.”

Referring to the fact that martyrdom is a glad tiding of inner joy, he reminded, “If we consider God's mercy as one hundred parts, only one part of it is in this world. Blessed are the martyrs who go from the embrace of this one part of divine mercy into the embrace of the other ninety-nine parts.”
