AhlulBayt News Agency: The parliamentary faction affiliated with Lebanon’s Hezbollah issued a statement, calling Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei a hope for oppressed nations in confronting global hegemony.
The ‘Loyalty to the Resistance’ faction underlined in the statement that threatening the Leader’s life by the United States will burn the entire region, Al-Manar reported.
Declaring that the United States’ aggressive policies against the nations and countries of the region have reached a dangerous stage, the statement warned a direct threat to the life of Imam Khamenei could lead to the entire region being ignited.
The statement described the Iranian nation's resistance to the pressures and threats of the United States and the Zionist regime as a clear example of the ability of nations to defend their sovereignty.
It said the presence of millions of Iranian people on the scene has once again proven that this nation is invincible and that the Islamic Republic of Iran is today an inspiring model for free and oppressed nations.
The Loyalty to Resistance faction criticized the US government’s arrogance and bullying, and emphasized that Washington has jeopardized international peace and security by threatening the sovereignty of countries, attempting to change political systems, and even intimidating its allies in Europe.
Declaring its firm support for the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Loyalty to the Resistance faction described Imam Khamenei’s leadership as wise and courageous, and considered it a hopeful factor for oppressed nations in confronting global hegemony.
In the end, representatives loyal to the resistance called on the Lebanese government to confront the Zionist regime's aggression and seriously begin the process of rebuilding the affected areas as a national priority, and to keep this issue away from political conflicts.
