AhlulBayt News Agency: The Hamas Movement has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Luay Nasrallah, a 22-year-old Palestinian prisoner from Jenin, who passed away on Monday morning. He had been transferred in critical condition from Negev Prison to Soroka Hospital in Israel before being pronounced dead.
In a statement, Hamas said Nasrallah’s death highlights the Israeli occupation’s cruelty toward Palestinian detainees. The group accused Israeli authorities of employing slow-killing tactics, including medical neglect and ongoing psychological and physical abuse.
Hamas described the conditions in Israeli prisons as catastrophic, stating that Palestinian prisoners are subjected to severe violations and systematic mistreatment by Israeli jailers.
The movement called for immediate international intervention to halt these abuses and urged serious efforts to support and protect Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli custody.
