AhlulBayt News Agency: Mamusta Saremi, director of the Imam Shafi’i Islamic Sciences Center in Sanandaj, underscored the importance of national cohesion, stating: “Preserving the territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran is a national responsibility shared by all segments of society. In the face of enemy threats, the Iranian people—regardless of ethnicity or sect—have always stood firm.”Condemning divisive actions by adversaries, he stressed that Iran’s diverse ethnic and religious communities have never accepted separatism and remain united in defending their homeland.
Mamousta Saremi noted that safeguarding national borders is both a fundamental principle of international law and a shared aspiration among all Iranians. “Iran’s territorial integrity is a red line for our nation, and defending it is a moral and national duty,” he said.
He added that any violation of Iran’s borders constitutes an affront to national sovereignty, and the appropriate response lies in deepening unity, strengthening solidarity, and moving toward equitable distribution of resources across society.
He emphasized that all Iranian ethnic and religious groups, united in their belief in a single Iran, have stood together against external threats and regard territorial integrity as a core national value.
Mamosta Saremi also highlighted the role of public awareness, calling continuous education a key factor in countering the enemies’ malicious schemes. He stressed that safeguarding territorial integrity requires the full cooperation of all branches of government and the informed participation of the people.
